Quick, easy breakfast ideas

Don’t have time for breakfast? No problem! I have put together a list of quick, easy and healthy breakfast ideas you can take with you. Not only are these breakfast ideas quick and easy to prepare, but they are super healthy and will keep you full until it’s snack time!

On-The-Go Healthy Breakfast Ideas:

  • 1 apple with 2 pieces part skim string cheese
  • Apple slices with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 hard boiled eggs with 1 cup of raw veggies
  • 2 small kiwis sliced, and 6 almonds
  • ½ frozen banana with 10 almonds
  • ½ grapefruit with hard boiled egg
  • 1 cup fresh fruit salad with 2 tbs of sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup mixed berry salad (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries,
    and/or blackberries) with 4 0z low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup grapes with 4 oz low fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz. low fat Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup fruit and a handful of mixed nuts
  • 4 oz. low fat plain Greek yogurt, a handful of blueberries, 1/4 cup granola or whole grain cereal of your choice, 1 tablespoon of honey
  • ½ cup grapes with 1 part skim stick of cheese
  • Avocado tomato open face sandwich: Mash 1/4 of a peeled avocado and stir in a dash of garlic salt. Spread onto a slice of toasted whole grain bread and top with a couple of tomato slices
  • 1/2 cup mixed fruit, 4 0z low fat plain Greek yogurt with honey
  • Overnight oats: Mix 1/2 cup raw rolled oats, 1/2 skim milk (or coconut milk) and leave in fridge overnight. The next morning add 1/2 cup mixed fruit, 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds, 1/2 tablespoon honey or any type of sweeter you like.
