Celebrate Our Freedom
Let’s celebrate our Freedom with a workout instead of empty calorie food and drinks (which will make you feel awful the next day). I put together a quick 4th of July workout for this special day. It can be done anywhere-at home, at the park, in your backyard, etc. Take out the jumps (lift up on your toes instead of jumping) to make this workout low impact.
What You Need For the Workout
You do not need any equipment for this workout. All you need is a mat, water, a towel to wipe off the sweat and some good music! Have fun with it and enjoy the workout!
4th Of July Total Body Blast Workout
This is a total body blast workout meaning that you will be working your entire body! You will be working everything from the shoulders down- blasting a ton of calories and building muscle. It’s quick, and effective!
The 4th of July workout consists of 8 moves. Move quickly from one move to the next. Beginners should do 1-2 rounds and Advance level will do 3 rounds. If you want to make it extra challenging, do 4 rounds! Take a 40 second rest between rounds.
Hydrate and Stretch!
Don’t forget to drink water before during and after your workout. Once you are done with the workout, stretch for at least 2 minutes focusing on each muscle group. You worked your muscles really hard so they are extra right. You need to stretch them to loosen them up. Skipping your stretch could cause injury so please take a few minutes to cool down and stretch!
