4 week Resistance Band Challenge
This 4 week Resistance Band Challenge was created for all fitness levels. It’s low impact, easy on the joints, and very effective. Warm up and cool down are included! Increase energy, boost your metabolism, and build long lean muscles in just 3 times per week, 20 minutes a day. All you need is a resistance band, and a mat.
HIIT With Resistance Bands
This is a quick 14 minute tabata using a resistance band to burn a ton of calories and build muscle. Firm up your entire body with this effective workout that you can do anywhere-in your living room, bedroom, hotel, park, etc. HIIT Cardio Resistance with Resistance bands is 2 workouts in one!
Build strength and power in your core while creating sexy abs and back! 14 minutes is all you need to get this workout done!
Mommy and Baby Workout
This is a 20 minute strength training workout you can do with baby (or use weights if baby is napping) and work your entire body! It doesn’t have to take hours to get a total body workout in.
ABS With Resistance Bands
Short on time? Try this 5 minute ab workout for tight, strong abs! Resistance Tubes are optional!
