This is the last week of our 4 week health and fitness challenge. I hope you have increased your intake of water, are more active, and you’re eating more fruits and veggies.
I have a surprise for you! This week is a DOUBLE CHALLENGE. If you want, you can split the double challenge into 2 separate weeks. Work on Part 1 this week and Part 2 next week or do it all in one week.
Part 1 of The Health and Fitness Challenge
No eating out/restaurant food during the week. Pack a healthy sack lunch for work and/or have picnic lunches with the kids. Instead of picking up fast food for dinner, get the family together and cook a healthy dinner together. Treat yourself to something on the weekend. You will enjoy it more plus you’ll consume less calories and fat AND save a ton of $$$.
Part 2 of The Health and Fitness Challenge
Cut your sugar intake by half. Drink soda? Drink half of what you normally drink. Add sugar to your drink? Creamer? Candy? Ice cream? Cut it in half. Bloat should start to go down and you’ll have more energy. Give it a try and tell me how you feel at the end of the week.
I hope you continue with the challenge and turn this challenge into a lifetime commitment. It is definitely a challenge to stay consistent and it’s so easy to “fall of the wagon.” If you do, it’s okay. All you have to do is get back on that wagon and move forward.
There are times when I slowly revert back to my old ways. When that happens, I come back to the 4 week health and fitness challenge and work my way to get back to where I was.
